Increasing Breast Milk Supply Naturally – Nursing. Physically nurse anytime possible, and then pump when the baby finishes and just pump and pump for as long as you can. The longer you stimulate the breast like the baby is nursing, the hope is your body will rise to the occasion thinking you are actually nursing that long and produce more milk.
De-stress as much as possible. Stress raises your cortisol which effects your other hormones and often leads to decreased milk supply.
Hydrate hydrate hydrate: Drink water, Gatorade, and a lot of tea, especially with fenugreek, blessed thistle and mother’s milk tea.
Add Oats and oatmeal to your diet where possible.
Add Brewers yeast to cookies, pancakes or whatever you can

Unfortunately life and work don’t always agree with pumping and nursing, but we all do the best we can at the time we can in the place we are. You are doing amazing and I don’t even know you but I know that reaching out for help and asking for advice means this is important to you and that means you’re doing it right and you’re doing your best.
